Alexandros C. C. Tselis, M.D., Ph.D., M.D., Ph.D
Biography

Dr. Tselis is Professor of Neurology at the Wayne State University School of Medicine and the Detroit Medical Center. Dr. Tselis is a member of the Wayne State University MS Program. He is also the Director of the Neuro-infectious program at the Detroit Medical Center. Dr. Tselis is board certified in Neurology. Dr. Tselis’s research has been funded by the AIDS Consortium and the pharmaceutical industry.

Dr. Tselis specializes in MS and related diseases including Transverse Myelitis and Neuromyelitis Optica (NMO); neurologic complications of sarcoidosis and lupus; viral infections of the brain; and neurologic complications of HIV/AIDS.

Dr. Tselis has been named one of the “Best Doctors in America” and is an elected member of the American Neurological Association and the American Academy of Neurology.
