GA Azilect Combination study with Copaxone and oral pill - Closed To Enrollment

This is an exploratory, MRI study to examine the neuroprotective effect of Azilect® added to Copaxone® in patients with Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis(RRMS).  Patient’s who are currently taking Copaxone ® will be randomly assigned to receive either Azilect® or placebo (dummy pill) while continuing to take Copaxone®.  The study is on year in duration. 

Eligibility: Patients 18 to 60 years old with RRMS, who are able to walk at least 100 meter without aid or rest, and have been injecting Copaxone® regularly for at least 6 months.
